HELLAS:
You can change the product you received for a different size, color or design within 30 days of receiving your original order, with our partner courier company – Geniki Tahidromiki.

In case you request a refund regardless of the reason (Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal Law 2251/1994 Article 3i Par.1) the return costs are borne by the consumer.

Once we receive the returned product and we find that it is in its original condition (not worn, not damaged internally, and externally, and accompanied by its original packaging), within 5 working days, we will refund the amount indicated on the purchase receipt minus the 5€ that we charged when returning the products (recipient’s charge).
If you have paid by Cash on Delivery, you will need to provide us with a bank account, as your money will be refunded by bank transfer.

* For your fastest convenience, we would like to request that before proceeding with the return of the products, please contact us at + 30 22240 23520 and inform us accordingly.
*Purchases of products in our physical store in Karistos Evia, do not belong to distance purchases as they were tested and selected through the physical presence of the customer. In this case you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund that covers distance purchases (N. 2251-1994).
If the product you have chosen does not satisfy you, you can, with the indication of the retail sales receipt in your hands:
For orders within Greece, the first change is made without any charge. Any other change other than the first one will be charged the customer’s return costs.
If the customer for personal reasons wants to return the product, without replacement, the return costs will be charged (See withdrawal).
🇨🇾 CYPRUS:
On receipt of the product you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, and request a refund.

For orders within Greece the first return-change is carried out without any charge. Any other change other than the first will require a fee which should be paid in full by the customer.

Your new product is shipped with the shipping company we work with currently Geniki Tahidromiki. Please note that in order to receive your new product you will need to hand over the parcel you have for return to the carrier representative.
Be sure to package your returns carefully (they need to be received in good condition in order for us to process your refund).
In the case of return/exchange, the current prices of the products will be taken into account. Smart Shoes has every right to change at any time, and without prior notice, the values of the products made available, always in accordance with the E-Commerce Code of Conduct and the Consumer Protection Conditions.
Smart Shoes, during the process of executing orders, carries out a thorough inspection of the products in order to ensure their excellent quality.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you can contact us either by e-mail at [email protected], or by phone at +30 22240 23520 to make a return/exchange of the product without incurring the costs of exchange/return, in any case.
Smart Shoes processes your return request and instructs the shipping company to pick up your product from the address you have provided. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will contact you directly to complete the replacement process.
Smart Shoes, during the order fulfillment process, makes a thorough inspection of the products in order to ensure their excellent quality and correct shipment.
In the rare case that you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, you can contact us via e-mail at [email protected], at + 30 22240 23520 and proceed with the return/exchange without incurring any charges, in any case and follow the procedure similar to the Change in Size/Color/Pattern as mentioned in paragraph 1.
You have the right to return the product you have purchased within 14 days from the date of dispatch of the product, exercising the right of withdrawal and – only if the product has not been used – to request a refund of the price you have paid to us.
The return costs are borne by the customer & must be paid directly by you to the carrier.
In case the payment of the order has been made through a Replacement Payment, the additional amount charged for the order by the above payment method will not be refunded.
As well as in case the shipping costs have been charged, the amount charged for the order will not be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation, you should send back the parcel with any carrier you wish to our store in Karistos, and pay all the shipping fees*.
Your parcel must contain the original proof of purchase & a note in which you indicate to us the IBAN account you wish to be refunded, the name of your bank and the account holder’s name.
* In case the return is due to an error by Smart Shoes (product manufacturing defect, wrong product shipment) Smart Shoes will bear the return shipping costs – fees.
