Shipment Information

The products are shipped by the courier company Geniki Tahidromiki and orders cost above 69.00 euros are sent to your doorstep completely free of charge throughout Greece,  For orders under 69 euros, the shipping cost in Greece is 3.00 euros.

If the Geniki Tahidromiki network does not cover your area, please contact us to let us know how you wish to receive your order or learn any alternative method of shipment.

Shipment to Cyprus

Cyprus orders are shipped with a partner courier company. Simple shipments are shipped once a week and delivered to your location at the times indicated in the table below.

Express Shipments (depending on the partner courier company), are shipped the next working day after your order is placed and delivered to your location at the times indicated in the table below respectively.

Updates after order entry.

Upon completion of your order, you will automatically receive an informative message to the e-mail you have registered with smartshoes.gr, which confirms the successful registration of your order in our online purchasing system.

The email should include a copy of your purchased order along with your registered details, and the total cost of your order. For shipments in Greece, Geniki Tahidromiki is our shipment courier partner. With the Package Shipping Number provided with the message from the smartshoes.gr, you can track the progress of your order by clicking here.

Payment Methods

Shipments within Greece

The available payment methods that smartshoes.gr offers for purchases through the online store are the following:

1. By credit or debit card:

The card is charged through Piraeus Bank ePOS Paycenter service which is fully encrypted and completely inaccessible to unauthorized third parties.

Once you complete the digital prerequisites for the registration of you card’s data, you are automatically transferred to Piraeus Bank secure server.

More specifically, the process of clearing your payment, in case you choose Payment by Credit Card, is carried out by Piraeus Bankk, for this reason you are automatically transferred to the secure server at the Bank’s service.

All your card details (Card Number, Holder Name, Expiration Date and Three-digit CVV Number on the back of the card) are registered electronically and encrypted in the Bank’s service, and then transferred from the Bank to VISA, Electron VISA , MasterCard is similarly covered by the 256-bit SSL encryption algorithm, the most powerful encryption available today in the world. For additional security of your electronic transactions through credit cards, tteh transactions are completed with the security system of Piraeus. In this case, the card details are not stored anywhere, they are only used during the check and billing. So the transactions you make at smartshoes.gr via credit cards are completely secure.

For additional security of electronic credit card transactions, they are carried out with the ProxyPay3 security system of Piraeus.

2. Pay by PayPal:

Using PayPal, an online money transfer service,you pay for your order with the most widely used means of secure transactions on the Internet.

The recipient receives only money but never card numbers or other sensitive data. Your card details are disclosed exclusively to PayPal, and no hacker can intercept your transaction details as they are made up of encrypted pages.

3. Payment by Cash on Delivery (COD) 

Make payment for your purchase to the courier employee upon delivery with an added cost of 2€ for the COD. Applies only to orders shipped within the country of Greece.

If none of the above payment methods are convenient to you, you can pay the total cost of your order by bank deposit. You can pay for your order to any bank via e-banking. Your deposit can be made within 3 business days after completing your order. If payment is not made within this time frame, the order will be cancelled. It is mandatory that the name, surname and order number be indicated in the description box when making payment. Transaction costs are paid by the recipient.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In case you choose to transfer money from a different bank, the transfer costs or any other costs are entirely borne by the customer (you).

The reservation of the products is set at 2 days from the day of the order. In case of cancellation of the order by the customer after it has been accepted by smartshoes.gr, for any reason at all outside of force majeure you need to inform us immediately.

For orders paid by bank transfer please send us the proof of payment by e-mail to [email protected]. Please write the number of your order as a reason on the deposit slip.
