*Product pickup reservations are valid for 2 business days from the day of reservation entry.

*Product purchases in our store do not belong to distance shopping as they are tried and selected through the physical presence of the customer. In this case, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund covering distance purchases  (N. 2251-1994).

You can’t refuse to pay the purchase price for the purchase of a product without a refund if you do not pay the purchase price (N. 2251-1994).
