You can return the product within 14 days from the receipt of your original order, with our partner courier company – Geniki Tahidromiki.
Returns are free for purchases over 50.00 euros throughout Greece, always by contacting the sales department 22240 23520 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11.30 – 21.00 and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 11.00 – 14.30).
In case the customer wants to return the product will be fully refunded depending on the payment method. Please before any return request you should call us by phone at: +30 22240 23520.
Smart Shoes, during the process of executing orders, carries out a thorough inspection of the products in order to ensure their excellent quality.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you can contact us either by e-mail at [email protected], or by phone at +30 22240 23520 to make a return/exchange of the product without incurring the costs of exchange/return, in any case.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will contact you directly to complete the replacement process.
Smart Shoes, during the order fulfillment process, makes a thorough inspection of the products in order to ensure their excellent quality and correct shipment.
In the rare case that you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, you can contact us via e-mail at [email protected], at + 30 22240 23520 and proceed with the return/exchange without incurring any charges, in any case and follow the procedure similar to the Change in Size/Color/Pattern as mentioned in paragraph 1.
You have the right to return the product you have purchased within 14 days from the date of dispatch of the product, exercising the right of withdrawal and – only if the product has not been used – to request a refund of the price you have paid to us.
The return costs are borne by the customer & must be paid directly by you to the carrier.
In case the payment of the order has been made through a Replacement Payment, the additional amount charged for the order by the above payment method will not be refunded.
As well as in case the shipping costs have been charged, the amount charged for the order will not be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation, you should send back the parcel with any carrier you wish to our store in Karistos, and pay all the shipping fees*.
Your parcel must contain the original proof of purchase & a note in which you indicate to us the IBAN account you wish to be refunded, the name of your bank and the account holder’s name.
* In case the return is due to an error by Smart Shoes (product manufacturing defect, wrong product shipment) Smart Shoes will bear the return shipping costs – fees.
