Our products are ready for delivery and are shipped directly from Geniki Tahidromiki Courier. The delivery time is 1-3 working days, but in most cases our carefully prepared parcel will be at your doorstep the next day :)

For orders over €50,00 the shipping and COD costs are free, while for orders under €50,00 the cost is as follows:

• +€5.00 shipping costs
• +€2.00 (if you choose cash on delivery)

If you choose any other payment method (credit - debit card / Paypal / bank deposit / payment in our store) there is no extra charge.

Full Refund

If you wish to return or replace the product you purchased, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

You can request a full refund, always by contacting our sales department at + 30 22240 23520 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11.30 - 21.00 and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 11.00 - 14.30).

The refund will be made within 1-2 days from the day of receipt of your return and the amount of money refunded is the value of the goods and not possible transport costs, cash on delivery or bank charges, which are borne by the customer. If your order was more than €50,00 euro and you were not charged with shipping/replacement costs, the amount of €7,00 euro will be deducted from your deposit, which corresponds to the cost of shipping and replacement costs from the original shipment and the cost of return shipping. Valid only for cities within Greece.
